Barber News Roundup: November 8th
Welcome to our roundup of news in and around the world of barbering. This installment runs the spectrum from people doing good in their communities to people doing the most.
Here's the rundown:
- Two Henrico County, Virginia students are using their love for fresh cuts and their skills as up and coming barbers to help their classmates look their best!
- In this week's "You Can't Be Serious News," parents are petitioning to have the "Edgar Cut" banned from a Texas high school.
- A cosmetologist is giving away free, hair cuts to anyone with a job interview during all of November.
- Shout out to 21-year old Vic Blends, who is living proof that you can use your gift to be a blessing to others. Blends is starting the first licensed barber school in California Prison history. Prisoners will be to obtain their barber's licenses while incarcerated.
Here's to making the world a little better with a fresh cut. Stay sharp out there!
